Error codeE11
ApplianceWasher
What happens during E11
E11 means overflow. Once water climbs past a set level, the cycle halts and the machine empties itself with its pump. Asko lists the code for current WM85.1 and WM75.B washers.
Two cases from the manual
The machine has stopped taking in water: restart the program. If the error reoccurs, book a technician visit.
Water keeps coming in with E11 on the display: shut off the tap and arrange a technician visit.
For an overflowing washer call (415) 993-3547. Tell us if water was still coming in and whether the tap is closed. More about our work is under Asko washer repair.
Model compatibility: Asko reuses codes across series and model years, so E11 may mean something different on another appliance or generation. Confirm this against your model’s documentation and record your full model number before acting.
Plain language
What this code means
E11 is an overflow error: water is overflowing and the program is interrupted while the water is pumped out.
Important safety warning. Do not attempt repairs involving electrical components, water lines, sealed cooling systems or anything behind a panel. Unplug the appliance if it is safe to reach the outlet, and leave internal diagnostics to a qualified technician.
