Contact & business details
Use the details below or send the repair request form.
Requesting a visit takes a few minutes. Fill in the request form on the contact screen and tell us what the appliance is doing. The more precisely you can describe the symptom, the easier it is to arrive with the right expectations and to suggest checks you can make while you wait.
What to have ready
- The appliance type: dishwasher, washer, dryer, drying cabinet, wine cabinet, cooktop or wall oven.
- The model number, if you can read it. It is usually on the dishwasher door edge or inner tub rim, around the washer or dryer door opening, inside a drying cabinet door, inside a wine cabinet wall, under a cooktop, or on the oven door frame. The guide how to find your Asko model number shows where to look.
- The code on the display, written down exactly as shown.
- What happened just before the fault: a power cut, a full load, a new hose, a move.
- Your address, including the ZIP code, and any building access details such as a gate, an elevator or limited street parking.
Quick checks before you send the request
A few outside checks sometimes solve the problem outright, and they tell us more if they do not. Confirm the appliance has power and that the breaker or GFCI outlet has not tripped. Make sure the door or latch closes fully, and that the water supply valve is open. On a washer or dishwasher, clean the drain pump filter and straighten any kinked hose. On a dryer, clean the lint and condenser filters, or on a vented dryer check the outside vent hood flap. Please do not open panels, test live circuits or touch gas fittings.
Smell gas? Leave the building, avoid switches, and call the gas utility or 911 from outside. A burning smell or sparks means switching the appliance off at the breaker before you contact us.
How the visit runs
After your request we confirm a time window. The technician diagnoses the appliance before any repair, explains the cause, and gives you a written estimate. Nothing is repaired until you approve it. For problems you are unsure how to describe, the common Asko problems index can help you pick the right words.
Hours and area
We take visits Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The service area covers San Francisco and the Bay Area, including the peninsula, the South Bay, Marin, the East Bay and the wine counties; the complete list is under service areas.

Answers before you ask
A few common questions before service.
You submit a request with your appliance model and symptom, we confirm an appointment window, and a technician performs an on-site diagnosis. You then receive a clear estimate and decide whether to proceed before any repair begins.
Yes. We provide an upfront estimate after diagnosis. No parts are ordered or installed until you approve the work, so there are no surprise charges.
Replacement parts are selected for the exact model and confirmed with you before ordering or installation.
Service areas are listed on the Locations page. Contact us with your ZIP code to confirm current coverage for your address.
