What an F10 display tells you
Overfilling (water 1) is the wording the Asko manuals attach to F10. The message is printed for the DBI664 XXL and for the DBI564 series. A second overfilling message exists as well, which is why this one carries the number 1.
Owner steps from the manual
The remedy named for F10 is to unblock the drain pump, following the Care and maintenance chapter. In plain order:
Take out the filters.
Scoop out the water that is standing in the machine.
Lift off the drain pump stop.
Turn the pump wheel by hand, and pick out any sharp item, glass for example, that is caught there.
Fit the drain pump stop back on.
Safety note from the DBI565 manual: the drain pump stop has to be refitted once the pump is unblocked, so do not leave that step out. Handle glass pieces with care.

Model compatibility: Asko reuses codes across series and model years, so F10 may mean something different on another appliance or generation. Confirm this against your model’s documentation and record your full model number before acting.
